Follow these steps to create and manage news and other items on your site.

To create a news item…

1. Click on Create Content from the left hand menu (when logged in as admin).
2. Click on news.
3. Enter the information as above for an information item.

News items are automatically listed in the news cateory with the latest news appearing first.

To change the number of stories listed in latest news

It’s possible to change the number news items that are listed by:

1. Click on the Administer item in the left menu.
2. Look in the “site building” box (on the right hand side of the screen) and click on views.
3. Look for latest news and click on edit.
4. Scroll down the page to Nodes per Block.
5. Change the number to the one that you want (the default option is 4).
6. Click Save and edit.

Other content types

Case studies
Case studies are used to impress your potential customers with your previous work. They are created in the same way as other content but can have bigger images.

FAQS
FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) are invaluable to your website visitors and can save you a lot of time by asking and answering those common questions that would otherwise swamp your inbox. To create a FAQ simply enter the question and the answer.

Webforms
Webforms option in the Create content screen can be used to create pages similar to the contact us page.
